These Terms of Service govern your use of Managr and all related services. Please read them carefully. If you are using Managr on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
01Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Managr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all users, including beta testers and waitlist members.
02Use of the service
Managr is a studio management tool intended for photographers and videographers. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
03Beta access
During the beta period, access to Managr is provided free of charge. Beta software may contain bugs or incomplete features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service during the beta period without notice.
04Intellectual property
The Managr name, logo, and all associated software, designs, and content are the intellectual property of Managr. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership over content you create within the app.
05Limitation of liability
Managr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
06Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of Managr after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
